Editor’s Summary 

Christian Lifestyle was less impressive to us than many of the other sites we reviewed.  It simply came down to the size of the community and the people with whom we communicated.  In this regard, Christian Café and Christian Mingle were superior.  The editors all had a similar experience of trying very hard to find a few good matches in our respective metro areas.  The results of our test membership were unimpressive here. 

Overall, we would skip Christian Lifestyle in favor of other Christian dating sites with better people and a better community.  The site was not as committed as other places to upholding a Christian environment for its members.  We felt that some of the categories listed on the home page for members did not meet our standards for faith and respect. 

Quality of Community

The quality of the community is fairly mediocre.  As supported by the number of visitors analysis above, it’s pretty clear that this site is not among the top for Christian singles. 

Faith and Values

The site links to member categories at the bottom of the home page.  “Christian Babes,” “Christian Studs” and “Christian Gays” were all categories that were listed.  We are not here to judge others, we just don’t believe that these categories would be part of the kind of Christian community that we would like to be a part of.  Thus, we think the faith and values grade here is pretty low. 

Value

Premium pricing with a less than premium service is not a very good equation for success.  We don’t think the value prop works well here.
